Pop-up Globe's farewell season "The Summer of Love" Presented by Anthony Harper

Pop-up Globe’s celebration farewell Auckland season, “The Summer of Love” presented by Anthony Harper, kicks off on the 13th December.  Headlined by a brand new production of Romeo & Juliet directed by Dr Miles Gregory.  Justly regarded as Shakespeare's tragic masterpiece, Romeo and Juliet enchants audiences with a spell-binding mix of comedy, love, poetry and - ultimately - tragedy. Balancing the tragic with comedy is a Pop-up Globe specialty.  Accompanying is a revival of our most popular show ever, Miriama McDowell’s Much Ado About Nothing an invitation to a joyful and uproarious house party, combining live music, dance and spectacular costumes in a South Pacific setting!
